Default Jennur's Horde HM; Helllppp!

Having a lot of trouble with this mission, can you guys maybe shed some light on ways to do it?
I either get mobbed by margonites or Horticulturist Hinon dies.
I need it HM + bonus, 16/20 on my title.
A little bit annoying.
Don't really want to pay for a run.
Thanks in advance.

My usual strategy is as follows:

Space out your fights, and give yourself plenty of time to regroup.

Kill a static group of margonites, then wait for a patrol, then kill another static group, then wait for another patrol. If killing a patrol takes a long time for any reason then wait for the next patrol to come along. This strategy should give you plenty of time between attacks for regrouping.

Where there are two harbingers at the bottom of the stairs my tactic is to pick one side and kill that harbinger, then, ignoring the other harbinger, killing as much as possible on that same level following the same pattern (static - patrol - static - patrol). When the ground floor is pretty clear, it's then safe to go for the stairs. Wait for a patrol and kill it, then try to drag a group down the stairs and fight them low down - this way you can keep your eye out for any patrols.

If a patrol comes, make it TOP priority.

When the first bonus harbinger and his group are dead, kill the harbinger at the bottom of the other set of stairs, and do the same thing.

Finally, gather up some lights to make killing the final one easier.

Party-wide speed boosts are a great help here, especially if a patrol is coming and you need to get to it urgently. Since you have to take Koss, you can give him "Charge!". Alternatively you could bring a Paragon with "Fall Back!" and/or "Incoming!". It might be beneficial to disable these skills and micro them at the most opportune times.

what prof are you? what heros are you bringing? Are you doing it H/H or is someone else going with you? you really need to give more info to get help

When I do this mission I have koss go axe and focus on damage. I bring an MM to help soak up some damage. If you are a physical character bring another hero to help buff your damage, splinter, SoH, OotV. The important part is to have enough damage to where you can easily take out a group of 5-6 margos quickly.

As far as the actual mission goes, I always kill 3 harbingers then flag my heros in the middle near the bridge and then pull the bonus harbingers down the stairs and kill them. I also keep and eye on my heros to see if any groups spawn and I will reflag my heros then run back to help kill. If you are really struggling with the mission use an essense.

this mission is actually easier in HM, because the monsters follow longer ( ==> easier to lure)
Make sure your party always stays in the center and use a longbow/ flatbow for luring.
Rest is just like Cebe said: Kill a stationary group, kill the patrol,...

PS: It's easier to lure the groups on the stairs if you just walk next to the stairs (don't run up the stairs).

Ok, take about 5k and rune up koss, give him some health and then a +axe or sword and then a +1 str. Also give him a good shield and weapon, make sure they are both + health.

I am assuming you are running a ranger so you should run a dmg focus build. I like glass arrows with IATS, point blank shot, zojun shot, FGJ, SY! and drunken master for IAS.

Koss is your first hero 12/12 on str/axe or sword. Give him all attack skills

Bring a prot monk as your next hero. Shield of Deflection, aegis, prot spirit, shield of absorbion, leech sig, and pdrain. 12 +1+1 prot and 12 ins, rest on divine. This should help alot by keeping your hench men alive while you pll

I would bring a necro with Order of the Vampire, well of blood, smite hex, smite condtion, foul fest, signent of lost souls, SoH, and a res. 12 on smite 10+1+1 on blood and 8+1 on soul reaping. You will need to disable SoH on your heros bar and micro it on your melle hero/hench. When you are watching the necros bar you can see what ench hes maintaing so if one is down be sure to put it back up

I would bring the two monk henchmen, the para henchmen and the dervish henchmen (reapers sweep).

As far as the mission goes, kill the first two harbingers, then kill the margos near the 3rd harbinger, and then kill then harbinger. Once you are at the top of the stairs pull the margos on the left and the right while trying not to kill the 4th harbinger at the top of the stairs. If you aggro him, kill him not a big deal. While you are doing this make sure you time pulling the static mobs and the spawns. You dont want to pull a group then have spawns come to you right after you pull.

Now there should be two harbingers left one on the right and one on the left, I prefer right but I dont think it matters. Kill one of the harbinger, then move up to the center by the first plant box/river thing. Stay there and pull the patrolling margo groups, there will still be spawns so always be aware when they spawn. Once you clear out the patrolling margos pull the margos with the bonus harbingers. You can do this by walking on the ground next to the stairs, they will pull to about the very bottom, then kill them quick. If a group spawns while you are fighting just run and grab the spawns. Do the same for both sides. Now you can easily run up the stairs with your party and spike the harbingers.

Now go grab a light, and kill the last harbinger. It takes 3 lights so just flag your heros near him, they should be fine. Run the light back and forth until he is dead.

If you still struggle with this try bring devona instead of the para hero

For the bonus take an MM and wait for patrol. As you kill the patrol when there only two enemies standing flag MM and Koss there and go with the rest of the party to either stairs.
As soon as you see koss losing health run down to kill the patrol. This may take like to runs up-and-down the stair to kill either bonus group.
